The notice clarifies that AI tools are used solely for support activities – such as research, analysis, or draft preparation – and never replace the professional’s judgment or decisions, who remains fully responsible for all final assessments.
The Firm uses only systems that comply with current regulations and ensures the protection of personal data and full transparency toward its clients.
